Man Is The Bastard – Puppy Mill
Huntington Beach Library
Huntington Beach, CA
12/17/95
One of my favorite tracks off the “Thoughtless…” record. Dueling bassists and animal rights lyrics, what’s NOT to love?

this video is amazing…maybe the best quality ive seen, really.
i hate to quibble though…i dont think the date is right. by our set up (the drum set joel is playing especially) and even the shirt im wearing, im judging this to be summer 96…but then again i dont have the flyers handy to cross reference. the location is right though, that was the huntington library for sure.
Interesting, I got the date off the tape which was stamped on the Clikatat Ikatowi footage from the same show. http://www.thesoundofindie.com/?p=3587 But hey, you were there and in the band, who am I to argue!
well it was a long ass time ago, every possibility in the world that my memory is off.
and yes…i’d love the full length copy…how can we make that happen?
oh, first track by MITB I ever heard, but for me ‘Moloch’ was the one that would give me shivers every time I listened to it, epic.
“moloch” is my favorite too. it’s so massive… the first mitb song i heard was hommo afflictus on “in the spirit of total resistance” compilation… have loved them ever since…
